SHIPPING POLICY DURING THE PANDEMIC


Thank you for supporting Sorority Girl by Monique Fordham. As you know we are in unprecedented times.  During the COVID pandemic and/or holiday times we experience delays in shipping. Please be patient.


You can expect to receive your shipment within 7-14 business days after you placed your order.

Our postal carrier is USPS. Once your items are packaged and scanned, you should receive an email from Stamps.com with your tracking information. If for any reason you do not receive your order after the 10 business days. Please contact us at [email protected]. If we have shipped your items, please contact USPS.com to report a claim. Please contact us to inform us of the issue.  Thanks for your patronage.


Sorority Girl’s Exchange and Return Policy


Thank you for supporting Sorority Girl by Monique Fordham.

If you are unhappy with your items for any reasons you have the option of exchanging your items within 10 business days in which you received it.  The customer will incur all shipping costs for exchanges.  Orders will be refunded if the error was on the Sorority Girl Team’s behalf.  We will not honor a sale price for an item purchased prior to the sale because sometimes our sales are spontaneous.

A Sorority Girl Team member will respond within 48 business day hours to begin the return process.

Please provide an updated email with the tracking information as well as your PayPal  information for your refund. Shipping and Taxes are included in your refund.
